Is the course confirmed?

Please contact us to check which course sessions are confirmed.

When will the course be confirmed?

We can confirm any of the planned courses as soon as the minimum number of participants registers. We don't know when or if this will happen, but you can always make a non-binding registration and we will keep you posted as soon as we have any news.

Do I have to pay anything at the time of registration?

No. You will only be asked to confirm your participation by paying the course fee once the course is confirmed.

​

How much is the course fee and what does it include?

The course fee is 80 EUR per day per person. We offer 5 days courses at 400 EUR and two weeks courses (10 training days - Monday to Friday) at 800 EUR.

What is included in the course fee?

Tution and materials, administrative costs as well as cultural and social programme. Accommodation, meals and transportation are not included. There are no extra costs or hidden fees.

Where are you organizing the course?

Please visit the locations page to find out all the locations where we organize courses. After the course confirmation, you will receive an info pack with the speciffic venues for specific sessions.

Can you organize accomodation, meals or airport transfers?

Unforutnaely, we can't organize accomodation, meals or airport transfers. However, in some cases we have an offer from a hotel that you can use to get a better price (but you will have to book the hotel directly and by yourself). In cases where we do have an offer from a hotel, you will be informed about it in an info letter that you will receive after the course confirmation. You will always be free to book any accommodation you like.

What is the cancellation policy?

Free cancellation up to 30 days before the start. After that, the reservation is not refundable. Changes in name and profile of the participant are possible any time before the start of the course. In case of extraordinary circumstances, we will offer a free re-scheduling to be used within 6 months.

How do I enroll in the course?

1) Once you choose the course you wish to participate in, fill in the registration form on the page of that course.

 

2) Click SUBMIT button at the end of the form and receive an automatic confirmation in your email.

 

3) We will process your registration (usually takes 2 to 5 days) and send you an email.

 

4.a) If the course is NOT confirmed, you will receive an email from us informing you about the status of the course registrations and possible alternatives.

 

4.b) If the course is CONFIRMED, you will receive a registration letter and a pro-forma invoice.

 

5) Pay the pro-forma invoice and send us a copy of the bank transaction or inform us about the payment through email.

 

6) After we receive your payment, we will send you a confirmation email and you can go ahead and make your travel arrangements (book your flights and accommodation).

 

7) You will receive the final email before the course with suggestions for preparation.

 

8.a) If you need a printed Europass, send us a completed document in an email at least one week before the course and we will deliver it to You upon completion.

8.b) If Europass is an online platform in your country, send us the link to complete it for you after you finish with the course.

 

9) Attend the course (You have to attend at least 80% of the course hours to receive the course attendance certificate).

 

10) After the course you will receive the follow up materials from the course and the tax invoice (we can’t issue the tax invoice before the end of the course).

 

Can you help us with job-shadowing?

Sorry, we can't help you with job-shadowing. Course providers which claim they can offer job-shadowing are not offering an Erasmus+ eligible activity. You might find partners for job-shadowing while attending a course or through search on eTwinning.

What is the course ID?

Course ID's are a thing of the past. The old School Education Gateway platform was automatically assigning ID's to courses published there. Beneficiaries who received their grants from the previous calls are asked in the beneficiary tool to enter the course ID, but since the platofrm doesn't exist any more, there are no ID's to enter and you will have no problem if you don't enter it.
